Rien ne pourrait \u00eatre plus \u00e9loign\u00e9 de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 ! En effet, le sommeil s&rsquo;av\u00e8re \u00eatre un \u00e9tat actif pour notre corps, et en particulier pour notre cerveau. Pendant le sommeil, nous passons par diff\u00e9rentes phases, dont chacune a une fonction sp\u00e9cifique pour nous <strong>maintenir en forme physiquement et mentalement.<\/strong> Pourquoi dormons-nous et que pouvons-nous faire pour \u00e9viter le manque de sommeil ? Vous pouvez le lire ici.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">En bonne forme physique<\/h2>\n<p>Pendant <strong>le sommeil profond,<\/strong> qui se produit au cours des premi\u00e8res heures, l&rsquo;hormone de croissance, entre autres, est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e. Ceci est crucial pour la fonction de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et notre capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration physique. D&rsquo;autres substances produites permettent \u00e0 leur tour de rester r\u00e9sistant aux infections.<\/p>\n<p>La raison de notre sommeil est \u00e9vidente : si nous dormons insuffisamment ou mal sur une longue p\u00e9riode, <strong>le risque de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9<\/strong> tels que l&rsquo;augmentation de la pression art\u00e9rielle, les maladies cardiaques et le diab\u00e8te augmente consid\u00e9rablement. De plus, si nous ne dormons pas assez, notre app\u00e9tit pour les aliments riches en calories augmente !<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">En bonne sant\u00e9 mentale<\/h2>\n<p>Le sommeil est \u00e9galement indispensable \u00e0 notre sant\u00e9 mentale.
