Absolument ! L&rsquo;important est d&rsquo;adopter une position qui n&rsquo;exerce <strong>pas de pression sur vos disques intervert\u00e9braux,<\/strong> afin qu&rsquo;ils puissent r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer suffisamment. Toute personne qui dort sur un lit qui n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 ajust\u00e9 ou qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mal ajust\u00e9 est malade dans ce m\u00eame lit.
